What: Golden Lotus Doula Services Presents: This is an in-person group class to help you confidently enter parenthood ready to care for and feed your newest addition - taught by our team IBCLC and by one of our postpartum doulas to help teach you the essentials of caring for and soothing a newborn!

Our comprehensive curriculum covers a wide range of essential topics. (Feeding and milk preparation, newborn sleep, care and soothing, car seat basics, newborn safety, infant care in immediate postpartum, breastfeeding and pumping, navigating family dynamics, childcare/going back to work changes etc) During our interactive sessions, you'll have the opportunity to engage in meaningful discussions, ask questions, and connect with other new parents who share similar experiences. Our experts will provide insightful guidance through demonstrations, hands-on practice, and visual aids to ensure you leave feeling equipped with the tools to make your parenthood journey a successful and joyous one.
